Abstract

Biological activity of new synthetic brassinosteroid modified with auxin residue on the regulation of the Arabidopsis thaliana and Triticum aestivum growth and development under salt stress conditions is investigated. It is observed that this new ester is more efficient in the promotion of plant cell growth and development under salinity. These effects might be mediated by hormonal crosstalk.
