On some properties of the central and generalized central series of groups

We prove that the class of locally finite groups having finite exponent is the Baer class. The class of groups, for which the factor-group G/L of the group G on its locally nilpotent residual L is locally nilpotent, is found. New automorphic analogs of the Schur theorem are obtained.Downloads
