October 4 marks the 80^th anniversary of the famous philosopher, one of the leading scientists and organizers of science and education in Ukraine, Hero of Ukraine (2009), laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology (2017), State Prize of Ukraine in Education (2011), Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine (2001), Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine (1996), laureate of the D.I. Chyzhevsky Prize of the NAS of Ukraine (2003), Honorary Doctor of NAS of Ukraine (2021), Rector of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (2008-2021), Doctor of Philosophy (1992), Professor (1989), Academician of the NAS of Ukraine (2003), Academician of NAES of Ukraine (2010) Leonid V.
