Економіко-правові ризики та можливості реалізації Угоди про асоціацію з ЄС

Розглянуто сучасний стан імплементації Угоди про асоціацію між Україною та ЄС. Виявлено економіко-правові ризики та можливості її реалізації в Україні. Запропоновано можливі напрями вдосконалення процесів імплементації норм права ЄС у вітчизняне законодавство та внесення змін до міжнародних документів. Аргументовано, що ці процеси мають здійснюватися за активної участі Національної академії наук України, а також представників органів державної влади та недержавних інституцій.
