Statistic evaluation for effectiveness of structural policy in application of outcomes from local Ukrainian budgets

Abstract

The effectiveness of local budgeting structural policy is detected due to index method. It puts together to the general unity some budget values which can’t be compared as to quantity. That unity makes them comparable, symmetrical in measuring. The index analysis for the modulus of outcomes structure in division to subsidies, subventions, current transfers on Ukrainian regions is held.
