Abstract

A study of the legal adjusting of administrative and service relations in the sphere of land use and guard has been undertaken. Directions for improving the legal adjusting of the land relations have been adjusted. There is a reason to develop and accept the Conception of reformation of the legal adjusting of administrative and service relations in the sphere of land use and guard.
