Інноваційний розвиток України в контексті європейської інтеграції

На основі аналізу особливостей державної науково-інноваційної політики та розвитку науково-інноваційних процесів в Україні, порівнянь динаміки рейтингу країни з відповідними рейтингами країн-членів ЄС в індексі глобальної конкурентоспроможності Всесвітнього економічного форуму (2007—2017 рр.) показано, що державна влада України за роки незалежності так і не спромоглася швидко та ефективно реалізувати історичний шанс для країни продуктивно інтегруватися в світову структурно-інноваційну модель економічного розвитку. Обґрунтовано, що в контексті сучасних викликів світової економіки та інноваційної периферійності вітчизняної економіки беззаперечною для України є необхідність формування нової парадигми науково-технологічної та інноваційної політики для реалізації національних політико-економічних інтересів у геостратегічному вимірі. Стаття є продовженням вивчення у моніторинговому контексті особливостей механізмів інтеграції України в науково-інноваційне соціально-економічне середовище Європейського Співтовариства.
