Abstract

The complex cryogenic equipment based on the temperature-controlled helium cryostat with a superconducting built-in solenoid for the study of galvano-magnetic phenomena in two-dimensional systems is created. It provides temperature control of the investigated sample in the range of 1.6-4.2; 4.2-80; 80-300 К and its stabilization with no more than 0.1 K accuracy in a magnetic field up to 7.84 Tl.
