Abstract

The concept of innovation culture as one of the key elements of innovative development of economy is analysed; its main components are identified. Technology auctions as one of the new tools for effective innovation are considered. The basic idea of auctions and the main positive changes as a result of this type of communication between technology buyers and sellers are determined. The necessity for such activities in Ukraine is substantiated.
