Prospects of Project Financing of Scientific and Scientific-Technical Activities in Ukraine

Abstract

An overview of the current state of scientific sphere of Ukraine and problems of financial support of research and developments is made. Positive experience of State Agency on Science, Innovation and Informatization of Ukraine in application project funding of research and developments, aimed at creating new technologies is expounded. The further steps towards the establishing of legal framework to stipulate extension of project funding of R&D in Ukraine are outlined.
