Abstract

Approach for computer simulation of deformation processes in power equipment elements under exploitation with regard of material degradation, shape of operational damages or change of element shape after repair based on three-dimensional elastolasticity is proposed. The stress-strain state of high pressure boiler drum and connecting pipes with repair excavations of material defects, collectors with cracks and waterwall tubes with operating thinnings are investigated. The recommendations are used in the development of repair technology and estimation of operational resource of power equipment elements at the Burshtyn TPP.
