Abstract

 It is established that application of laser welding with pulsemodulated radiation is expedient for the manufacture of expansion bellows. The method of pulsed laser welding of stainless and carbon steels is developed. The technology and equipment for laser-welded stainless steel expansion bellows are developed. Manufactured laser pulse welded expansion bellows will have improved operating properties and a longer lifespan.
