System Formation of Innovative Susceptible Form of State and Regional Support for the Implementation of Alternative Renewable Energy Technologies

The system of formation of state support pre-innovation form for alternative renewable energy technologies is proposed. In contrast to the existing forms, complex blocks of activation of national producers and equipment consumers of alternative renewable energy technology, in terms of innovative susceptibility growth of enterprises is suggested.
