The Innovation Cluster «The Velvet Way» and Ukrainian Scientific and Technical Break into the World Market of Building of High-Speed Railways

Abstract

The reasons of the world boom of railway building and the state of the Ukrainian railway system is analyzed. The most rational constructions of rail-track, switches and rail fastening for high-speed railways are determined. The information about the world level of Ukrainian technologies and equipment for rail welding are adduced. The analysis of innovation activity in the country is given and the expediency of creation the cluster «The velvet way» is grounded.
