Technology Implementation and Production Creation for Essential Phospholipid (50% Solution of Phosphatidyl Choline) from Sunflower Phosrhatide Concentrate

Abstract

Double acetone extraction of sunflower phosphatide concentrate at certain proportion of solid phase to liquid; double filtration of reaction mass with the liquid and solid phases separation; extraction of phospholipids by ethyl and isopropyl alcohol are completed. The pilot setting for the im plementation of the technology for the essential phospholipids (phosphatidyl choline) obtaining from sunflower phosphatide concentrate was created.
