Abstract

The article discusses the urgent problem of legal maintenance of innovative development of Ukraine, which included the legal regime of state ownership, codes, formation of the state and business, protecting investors, innovators, owners and objectives to improve the competitiveness of the knowledge and scientific achievements, certain industries and industries, products and technologies. The recommendations and measures to address the aforementioned strategic objectives.
