Parameters (indicators) for industry technological level estimation are determined and proved; principles of technological policy and complex of measures on the increase of industry technological level as the basis of competitiveness providing of Ukraine are developed. Methodological tool for establishing real level of technological development of separate industry branches is developed and adapted to practice. Economic policy related to productive realization of innovative-investment resource is grounded.
