Abstract

The results of Ukrainian technoparks' work in 2000–2004 are summarized. The main items of the technoparks' work and influence of legal and normative base on them are analyzed on the instance of the Technopark "E.O. Paton Electric Welding Institute". The methods of state support of innovation projects by former and new laws are compared.
