Peculiarities of Vocational Training of Skilled Workers in Modern Socio-Economic Conditions

Abstract

The article analyzes development of manpower training system in modern conditions, which determined by two key factors: orientation toward labour-market and cooperation with employers. Knowledge of development tendencies of demand and supply for certain professions gives opportunity to soundly forecast enterprises requirements for workers. Establishment of close cooperation between educational institutions and employers gives opportunity to raise manpower vocational and their using on manufacture to new level of quality
