Досліджено економіко-правові засади формування територіальних громад у контексті розвитку міських агломерацій. Обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо їхнього вдосконалення. Виявлено найважливіші економіко-правові особливості міських агломерацій як об’єктів управління. Проаналізовано окремі аспекти фінансового забезпечення розвитку агломераційних територій України.
