ЗАХОДИ СОЛІДАРНОСТІ У ВИПАДКУ ГАЗОВИХ КРИЗ ЗА ЗАКОНОДАВСТВОМ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОГО СОЮЗУ

Проаналізовано новий Регламент (ЄС) 2017/1938 про заходи щодо забезпечення безпеки постачання газу та скасування Регламенту 994/2010. Детально розглянуто дві основні новели Регламенту (ЄС) 2017/1938: уведення групи ризику стосовно загроз, що існують для постачання газу, а також упровадження нового механізму солідарності у випадку газових криз. Зроблено висновки щодо практичної ефективності вказаних новел Регламенту для Європейського Союзу та України.
